ScoreBlue VIP is a text message program from ScoreBlue, LLC. If you sign up, we will send you recurring texts about ScoreBlue products and services. That includes offers on ED medication, refill and renewal savings, and account reminders. We send these texts using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology.
ScoreBlue VIP is a text message program only. Signing up does not enroll you in a membership, a subscription, or any recurring charge. It does not change your orders or your shipping schedule. It only means we can text you.
By signing up for ScoreBlue VIP, you agree to these terms.
You can sign up in two places: during the medical intake at ScoreBlue.com/Intake, or on our contact form at ScoreBlue.com/Contact-SMS. In both places you enter your mobile number and check a box saying you want to receive texts. The box is not checked for you. You have to check it yourself.
We will then send you one text asking you to reply YES. You will not get any marketing texts until you reply YES.
You have to be 18 or older to sign up.
You do not have to agree to texts to become a ScoreBlue patient or to buy anything from us. If you skip it, everything else works the same.
Message frequency varies. How often you hear from us depends on what you have ordered and what promotions are running. Some weeks you may get several messages, other weeks none.
We do not charge you for this program. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages and data. Message and data rates may apply. Check your plan if you are not sure what yours covers.
Reply STOP to any text from us. We will send one last text confirming you are unsubscribed, and then we stop.
If you signed up for other ScoreBlue text programs, you have to opt out of each one separately.
Reply HELP to any text from us and we will text back with support information.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We are also not liable for messages that fail to send, arrive late, or go to the wrong number, for errors in what a message says, or for anything you do or don't do based on a message. Do not rely on a text for medical decisions. If something about your prescription or your order matters, check your account or call us.
Give us a valid mobile number that belongs to you. Keep your information with us accurate, complete, and current, and tell us right away if your mobile number changes.
If a third party brings a claim against us arising from your use of this program, or because you gave us a number that is not your own, you agree to defend us, indemnify us against any liability, damages or costs, and hold us harmless. That includes reasonable attorney's fees.
We can change, suspend, or end this program or any of its features at any time, and we can change these terms. New versions get posted on this page. If you keep using the program after we post a change, you have accepted it.
We can also change the short code or phone number we text from. We will tell you if we do. Texts you send to a number we no longer use, including STOP and HELP, may not reach us.
These terms are part of our Terms of Use at ScoreBlue.com/Terms, including the arbitration agreement and class action waiver in Section XVI. Those apply to any dispute about this text message program. California law governs.
